Regulatory Check Paid Service

We also offer regulatory feedback checks as a stand alone paid service, for those brands just looking for some feedback on an existing label. This service is charged at £150 inc VAT, and includes a detailed email highlighting areas of concern. Our expert will talk you through the risks, suggest improvements where possible, and help you understand what is required of you. Up to three revisions being checked is included in the price. Remember this is just an advice service, and final responsibility for getting a label right always lies with the customer.

  • £150 inc VAT for a stand-alone supplement regulatory check.

  • Typically this service has a 1 working day turn-around, but if you’re in a rush just let us know.

  • We are a Trading Standards Primary Authority business, for your peace of mind.

  • 10 years of working in the supplement manufacturing industry means our checker knows all the tricks, and can help highlight issues you could never spot alone.

  • Back and forth discussion, to help you balance the need to create a saleable product, with the need to keep your label legal.

Supplement Label Regulatory Support

Every label or pouch that VMS prints includes free regulatory feedback from our Trading Standards Primary Authority partnered expert. The vast majority of labels that we see where the customer has not had professional help contain errors. Our expert is UK based, and will give you live feedback on your supplement label at no additional cost. We also use a range of AI tools to double check the label, and spot additional minor errors that might have been missed by human eyes.

  • Free UK Regulatory feedback with every supplement label or pouch print.

  • Reduce your risk massively by having our expert highlight possible failure points.

  • Trading Standards Primary Authority agreement in place.

  • 99% of labels we check have errors that need highlighting.

  • As of today, no label that we approved has ever later suffered regulatory issues.

  • Our UK based experts hear about changes in regulatory habits long before they typically become public knowledge.

Customers are reminded that while we will highlight errors that we spot, responsibility for the label remains with the customer, and our feedback is only our opinion.
